What is Mystery Shopping?

Mystery shopping is the process of conducting covert (secret) visits to retail stores & restaurants, to assess the overall customer experience and specific standards, as outlined by our clients. It typically involves entering a store and conducting an interaction with a team member, to observe the level of service provided.

Following the visit, mystery shoppers are required to report by responding to an online questionnaire and providing feedback on the experience. 

Mystery shopping is casual work and the jobs are released regularly for our mystery shopping team to accept and complete.
